Q: How does CI coordinate several vendors and get have them deliver on time?
A: Your Project Coordinator makes several calls to the manufacturers pre-project installation to discuss delivery timelines and delivery expectations. Typically there are 3-7 calls per project. The agreements made between the PC and the vendors are then shared with the team so that they can follow through on components and communication for their areas of responsibility. This communication helps the team to manage the project efffectively and avoid any delivery delays.

Q: How do you organize 4-5 buildings schedules so that the product shows up at the right place?
A: Through consistent communication with the parties involved and making sure everyone is on the same page for expectations. This means regularly checking in with the construction manager, manufacturer's and freight company. Communication, communication, communication is key to a successful installation.
